Vacuum carburizing method "Direct Carburizing (Multi Carbo)"
Fusion of gas carburizing and vacuum technology! No oxygen components in the atmosphere, no grain boundary oxidation, and excellent surface finish!
"Direct Carburizing (Multi Carbo)" is a new concept carburizing method that combines gas carburizing and vacuum technology. This technology utilizes vacuum (reduced pressure) to drastically reduce carrier gas and only uses a very small amount of chain-like unsaturated hydrocarbon gas as the carburizing gas. Since the atmosphere does not contain oxygen components, the alloy components on the surface do not oxidize, resulting in a good finish. It is environmentally friendly, high quality, and reduces operating costs by half. 【Features】 ■ No grain boundary oxidation (oxidation of surface alloy components) ■ Carburizing of pores is possible ■ High concentration carburizing is possible ■ Extremely shallow carburizing (30-50μm) is possible ■ Vacuum hardening is possible *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
